Adobe Device Central CS4 Update #3 is now available. Connect to the net and refresh the Online Library from your CS4 ADC. The total devices count reaches 681 as per Mark’s words.

This is also what he has to say -

“Also worth noting is a new profile category called “Distributable Player”, which reports a number of supported devices.  To be completely honest it looks like this slipped through the net and should not have been published. So I don’t recommend using this new profile for producing application, please continue to use the existing generic Flash Lite 3.1 profiles.”

Some devices added are – The Nokia 5800, Nokia Vertu devices, Nokia 5130 XPressMusic and the Sony Ericsson W705.
