Good day I just recently stumbled upon the Flash Symbian Packager entitled ‘Helisso’. I followed all the installation steps, downloaded AIR2 as well as the AIR2 SDK’s and the SetupHelisso.exe. When trying to install the SetupHelisso.exe I get the following error message:
Sorry, an error has occurred.
This application requires an update to Adobe AIR that is not available for your system.
Someone please help, I am running Windows 7.

Hi Byron,
Seems like Mark has created the installer for AIR 2 beta2 build. Did you try installing AIR2 beta2 build from the link on his site and then install SetupHelisso.exe? That might help.

Good day Hemanth Sharma, thank you so much for the response. The answer is yes I did in stall the AIR2 beta2 build from the link on his site and then install SetupHelisso.exe. I checked in my control panel on windows under the installed software packages and AIR is version 2.
Does it work on your system?

I don’t currently have a Mac machine Byron, but you can drop a mail to the author Mark Doherty on his blog and expect an answer. I haven’t tried this myself on Windows 7. All the best. Cheers.
